With your Standard (fully hosted) solution, can we use our own domain name?

No, unfortunately that’s not possible. You can, however, easily point a URL containing your domain name (like www.YourWebsite.com/ticketing) to the URL of your account which is hosted by us.

If you purchase the downloadable version of our software (the Pro version), you can of course use your own domain name.
