For the self-hosted, downloadable version (Pro) you get free support & updates for a full 365 days. After the end of the free period, you can purchase additional 12-month support packages as needed for $47/year.

For the fully-hosted, web-based version (Standard) you get free support & updates for as long as you use maintain your subscription.
