Windows Server 2008 is listed, but it does not retrieve the keys. They are all BBBBB-BBBBB-BBBBB-BBBBB-BBBBB.
This is useless, unless it can recover this key properly.

May I ask what service pack you are using and if your version is OEM or not? You may have increased the user access security level so high that the software could not get access to the registry. It is possible. Another reason can be the service pack, or lack there of.

I am having the same issue with Windows Server 2008 R2

The key is showing as a set of B's (BBBBB-BBBBB-BBBBB-BBBBB-BBBBB)

UAC is turned off and my Windows updates are up to date..

The SW is non-OEM intall.

Hi Andy, if your UAC is turned off and Windows updates are up to date, and if the OS in indeed a non-OEM intall, then the Keyfinder should be working properly, as it does in the screenshot in my post above.

There must be something else on your system interferring, but we aren't able to troubleshoot that, so if you email us at Support@JalapenoSoftware.com I'd be happy to offer you a refund.

Refund not required - its a useful tool and has got numerous codes from SW on my workstation - so happy with that... the 2008 R2 thing is annoying and I'll look into it somemore if I find out what the issue is I'll post back. Cheers
